Gambia Launches UNSC Resolution on Women

The Gambian government launched its national action plan as part of an inaugural high-level conference on women held in Banjul in June 2014. Gambian Vice President and Minister of Women's Affairs, Dr. Isatou Njie-Saidy, and Director of the ECOWAS Gender Development Center, Aminata Dibba, spoke at the event.
